What information do we collect?

• The EPHS66 Quinquagenary Reunion Organizing Committee (hereinafter OC) collects information on this website to inform Members about reunion events and information concerning classmates or other alumni, and regarding El Paso High School .

• Upon joining the website, Members are asked to provide name, mailing address, phone number, and E-mail address.

• Any additional information entered by a Member in a personal Classmate Profile is left to the Member's discretion. Members are discouraged from providing any information that the Member may consider sensitive. (Please also refer to Website Content Policy.)

For what purposes do we use the information?

• Contact information may be used by the OC to communicate with website Members individually and as a group; Members may also have use of such information for personal communication by use of the Message Center without divulging personal contact information or accessing such information of other Members.

• It is not the practice of the OC to disclose contact information collected from this website with any other entity (i.e., third parties). Contact lists will not be sold or shared with third parties for private or commercial purposes without the consent of Members.

How do we protect your personal information?

• Although access to the website homepage and various other webpages is unrestricted, access to “reserved pages,” certain photo galleries which display individuals identified by name and certain other content is designed to be available for viewing only by Members (bona fides EPHS66 classmates and authorized Guests). Access to Members' contact information is strictly limited authorized persons only.

• The Organizing Committee endeavors to exercise reasonable practices and technology (through it's server provider, ClassCreator.com) to protect information from unauthorized access.

• Member's Consent: By using this website, Members consent to this Website Privacy Policy.

• Changes to the Privacy Policy: If the OC decides a change to the Privacy Policy is prudent, the newly revised policy will be posted on this page and notice of same will be announce on the Homepage.
